We stayed at this hotel from April 13th to 18th. Everything is fine. Excellent, home-made, delicious breakfasts. Very friendly staff, always helped to solve any issue. They speak English and Turkish. There's also a guy who speaks Russian. The rooms are modern and clean. We had doubts about the toilet behind the glass partition, but it turned out to be a small thing. It was cleaned every day. The location is as convenient as possible. There is everything nearby. Tram T1. Lifts to Beyoglu, so as not to walk uphill. You can walk to almost all tourist places in 40 minutes.

The hotel is pretty good for a short stay, but it's too crowded in a standard room for two people. The room is cleaned and towels are changed daily. There is breakfast, standard Turkish, costs 10 euros. The staff is pleasant and friendly, they speak Turkish and English. The location is good near the Galata Bridge, near the tram, the port. Walking distance to Taksim, Istiklal.

The hotel is nice, the staff is responsive, they quickly resolve any issues. I give you five stars, but you need to understand that the rooms are very compact, even though this is typical of the area where the hotel is located. The view from the windows is on the neighboring windows, although this is also not very critical. Well, and, like the cherry on the cake, a translucent bathroom door to make it more convenient. In any case, cleanliness, neatness, no unnecessary smells, everything works as it should.
