One of the most expensive establishments I've been to in Minsk. It was a bit painful to pay the bill, a minimum lunch (hot, drink, water) will cost around 100 rubles. But the quality for this money is appropriate, the restaurant keeps its bar. The restaurant is located in the hotel building, but there are no signs at the entrance. You either need to ask the hotel security (which is not always in place) or look for yourself and enter the elevator (which in most hotels do not go now unless you attach a room card. Therefore, until the last moment, the question in my head is whether you are calling the right elevator and whether you went there at all)

The restaurant made a great impression on me. The interior is cozy and stylish, conducive to a pleasant pastime. The service was top notch — the waiters were attentive, polite and unobtrusive. The menu is varied, with interesting dishes and classics executed flawlessly. I especially liked the tomato soup with seafood and octopus risotto — perfectly cooked and beautifully served. The prices are fully justified by the quality and atmosphere. The musical accompaniment is unobtrusive and creates a comfortable environment. The place is clean, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. I will definitely come back here again and recommend it to my friends!

A great place for a special occasion! The Ember restaurant has fully met the expectations! The atmosphere is incredible: stylish modern interior, dim lights, cozy and truly premium. The kitchen is a separate conversation. The charcoal dishes turned out to be a culinary revelation. The steak is perfectly roasted, with that smoky note, and the most delicate squid. Desserts are also excellent. The service is impeccable: attentive but unobtrusive waiters who helped with the selection of dishes and wine. Prices correspond to the level of the establishment. I definitely recommend it for a romantic dinner or an important event celebration. We'll be coming back!
