Nice hotel. Convenient location, unusual surroundings, although immediately after arriving at night it seemed like a slum))) The picture has changed during the day, everything is quite cozy. The hotel itself is clean and stylish. It's a small area, but there's a pool and tables in the backyard. Very nice hosts. They are constantly asking if they need help. The owner organizes excursions, but we couldn't use them, he was busy. Room cleaning, towel change and garbage disposal on demand, but immediately. Ararat is visible from the south side of the second and third floors. A three-minute walk away is the GUM grocery market and a supermarket with an exchange office. In addition to food, there is a Chinese shop and a cafe with Armenian cuisine (of medium quality) on the market. For a very tasty meal, it is better to go to the cathedral, there is also an exchange in the supermarket. We spent six days and enjoyed everything very much - I recommend it.

The market and all the sights of Yerevan are within walking distance. The rooms have a TV, kettle, hairdryer, slippers, towels, toothbrushes with paste, gel shampoo, in general, everything you need. on the balcony there are armchairs and chairs for pleasant evening gatherings, in the courtyard there is a swimming pool, barbecue, swing, etc. in general, a great hotel, I recommend it to everyone.
