A very, very nice hotel. Spacious room, spacious bathroom, very clean, good mattresses, clean bed linen and towels. There is a summer kitchen, parking, gazebo, cozy barbecue area, all surrounded by greenery. The hotel is located a little to the side, so there are no crowds of people passing by, which is a big plus for the menu. It's a 10-minute walk to the sea and the most important thing is that you walk along a beautiful square with palm trees, trees and flowers, and not with a crowd of people along a narrow street with souvenirs. The beaches are equipped, there is a shower, a changing room. Sun beds and umbrellas are paid, of course. But the main thing, of course, is the people, the owners of the hotel. Sincere and kind. It feels like I've come to visit my grandparents in the village. The manager, Anna, is just a sweetheart, she will prompt and help you. If we are going to Gagra again, we will stop only here. I recommend it to everyone.

They came once at night from the sea (around one o'clock in the morning), a claim was made to us, saying that they had lost us and were waiting.. Why, actually. We came to rest, do we have to report to anyone? Further. The room was rented with air conditioning, while the hostess constantly asked to open the window, due to the fact that high humidity and it is necessary to "dry out the room", strangely, the air conditioner on the contrary dries the air, as for me, this is saving electricity. Well, of course, as conscientious guests, we opened the windows when we left or went somewhere, but when we were in the room we used the air conditioner, because we paid for it! Parking is tiny for one car, check-in is very inconvenient. Also in Pitsunda, our parents and brother were on vacation and my brother and wife decided to come to us to bring food, because we were lying with a fever due to the eternal Abkhazian rotovirus. But because the location of the room is inconvenient, it is difficult to find it, and they looked over the fence to find where we live. So the hostess yelled at them, saying that they were looking for and looking out here, put them out like dogs over the fence. And her son (as we understood) generally picked up the wheel, probably waiting for a fight. We were in Abkhazia for the third time, we always considered it a hospitable country, when we came to Pitsunda to visit our parents, we were greeted with wine. No matter how many people came in the past years, we have never met such situations, neither in Tsandripsha, nor in Lidzawa, nor in Pitsunda. People go on vacation, they pay you a lot of money, you can be a little more hospitable. I do not recommend going to this guest house, the situation with my brother is completely disrespectful! 0 stars!
