Good day! I would like to express my deep gratitude to Anna Leonidovna, the administrator of the Electrosila store in MOMO shopping center! It's just a kind fairy who solved the problem in two minutes! I did everything clearly and to the point. And also a huge thank you to the store's employee Vladimir Drogomeretsky, just a wizard and a professional in his field! On April 12, I bought a smartphone, which stopped working after the update. I contacted the service center, they gave me a conclusion that everything was fine, but after a little thought, I went to Electrosila again. By inviting the administrator (miracle girl Anna Leonidovna!) the issue immediately began to be resolved. Vladimir Drogomeretsky came up, said that he remembered me and offered to update the phone, after which the smartphone froze again. And then the magic began! I was offered a replacement, which I agreed to. It was April 16, 2026. The phone was not there, and after looking at where it was available, Anna Leonidovna and Vladimir Drogomeretsky did the impossible! Anna Leonidovna called, clarified the availability at another shopping facility, and Vladimir went and brought me a new phone! They spent a lot of time with me, but they never said anything bad about me. Thanks to these magicians, I believed in people again! It's just incredible and very enjoyable! Thank you a thousand times! Be sure to reward them with a bonus! And I want to thank all the store employees who were at the shopping facility on April 16, 2026. You are professionals! Keep it up !
