We recently tried the products of Renate and Alan's farm and were very satisfied! Their cheese is really natural and rich in taste: soft varieties are great for wine, and more mature ones have a pronounced character and dense texture, which is rarely found in the store. The guys' wine deserves special praise: the aroma of fruits and subtle notes of aging make it an excellent accompaniment to cheeses and meat — the drink is not oversaturated, well balanced. Farm meat is noticeably different from the usual store-bought meat: it is juicy, with real taste, without "artificial" odors. I especially liked the steaks and minced meat — it feels like the animals were kept in good conditions and well-fed. Plus, the packaging and delivery of products looks neat, everything is well marked and convenient for storage. The tasting attendants told us a little about the production process, which added credibility to the naturalness of the products. Overall, the impression is very positive: the farm leaves a feeling of honest, conscientious work with natural products, where quality and taste come first (as they usually write about good farms with ecological products).
