Bad experience and waste of time. Registered as a trader on June 6 and in June 10 they emailed me a letter stating that they cancel the agreement. No details provided. Apparently they can cancel any agreement for no reason, block your account and ask you to liquidate your investments within 3-4 days.

Recently, it has become extremely inconvenient to use transfers through this exchange. Previously, transfers to any platform, in any cryptocurrency, were very fast. Currently, any small transaction needs to be confirmed; at the same time, Face-ID confirmation is not enough, and transaction confirmation via Authenticator is also not enough. They ask you to send screenshots of the transaction confirmation. After sending screenshots, transactions are rejected and asked to record a confirmation video. That's crazy! I understand when such procedures are requested for large amounts, but when the transfer amounts to $ 50, you need to go through such checks and wait for the money for several hours, a day or two, until all this is checked - this is absurd. I want to use the service for convenience, but when it's not there, it's a complete discomfort - what's the point of this site? When there are many other exchanges where there are no such problems with transfers. I still understand the confirmation request when withdrawing to a new wallet, but when transactions to this wallet have already been conducted through the platform and many different confirmations are requested, as if a million-dollar transaction is going through, it's just ridiculous.
