When ordering coffee, they offered a choice of beans, Tanzania or Ethiopia, they chose tanzania, according to the barista, it should not be sour. We drink coffee exclusively without sugar and syrups. They brought 2 cups of coffee, one of them with Americano. After taking the first sip, the coffee immediately aroused suspicion with its incomprehensible taste, a lot of water, very little coffee, they asked to redo it. The redesigned Americano turned out to be more dense, but it was constantly haunted by an incomprehensible shade of nuts, in taste, until the last I could not believe that coffee could be fragrant like that. As a result, the answer was found at the bottom of the cup - unmixed nut SYRUP. And like the icing on the cake, the employees' response is that the management tells us to do so. Bottom line: I definitely do not recommend going there, and since this is a chain of coffee shops, it will probably be like this in all of them. Like, choose any coffee, and we'll pour it for you, as the management told us and decided for you what to drink.

Terrible service. We took espresso and something like grape bubble tea. Espresso is just a nightmare, nothing but acid in the taste. It was also impossible to drink Bubble tea, just a few balls, half a cup of syrup and another half cup of an incomprehensible liquid of ground ice and cream. 27 rubles in the trash.
