Summer in Sanremo tour from 26.09 to 08.10. It's just a fairy tale! Everything went well! The Navigator tour company has organized everything in a way that you couldn't wish for better! A family of four decided to spend their vacation in Europe in August, and the Paris-Benelux tour was chosen by DL-Navigator. First of all, we would like to thank Anastasia, a travel specialist, for her attention and support at all stages: from booking to the trip itself. Our whole family is absolutely delighted with the trip: a rich program, interesting excursions, not boring guides. Paris charmed us from the very first moments, with its incredibly beautiful architecture and mysterious atmosphere. A special pleasure is the time spent in Normandy. The place is extremely picturesque, with beautiful views and a special history. At the planning stage of our vacation, we could not even imagine that in just a week we would walk through the streets of Berlin, drink champagne against the backdrop of the sparkling Eiffel Tower, swim in the Atlantic Ocean, and even visit the red light street in Amsterdam. Many thanks also to our guide, Natalia Bandaruk, with whom we felt calm and confident)

We are extremely disappointed with the work of this travel agency, we do not recommend it. We contacted the agency for a tour and visa support (the service is paid). Already at the stage of preparing documents for submission to the embassy, problems arose: the information provided was incomplete, poorly structured, and many important points were not specified in advance. A significant part of the details had to be independently clarified with the manager, although it is unclear why this information could not be immediately provided in full, especially given that a separate fee is charged for visa support. The most critical situation occurred immediately before submitting the documents: less than a day before the visit to the embassy, we were notified of an "unpleasant situation" — when registering at the embassy, the last name of another person was indicated. According to the agency, this is allegedly a mistake by their intermediaries, but in fact, the agency is responsible for organizing the process. No apologies or clear plan of action were offered. We were informed that they had sent the "corrected list" to the embassy and suggested that we come the next day anyway, "in case the guard lets us through," since the embassy does not respond to them. Obviously, it looked extremely unprofessional and it was initially clear that it would not be possible to get into the embassy. A few hours later, the agency itself confirmed that it was useless to come — the embassy refused. As a result, the trip was disrupted, and so were all the vacation plans. The agency offered only to write an application for a refund. Moreover, initially it was only about the refund of the cost of the tour — they first forgot about paying for visa support (90 rubles), which actually caused the disruption of the trip. As a result, the money for the tour and visa support was returned, but this does not compensate for the time, nerves and funds spent on preparing documents: extracts, certificates, transfers, insurance issued in their office. As a "compensation", a small discount was offered on other tours on completely unsuitable dates and routes, while after the incident, the credibility that the next trip would take place at all was completely undermined. Bottom line: the agency is not interested in providing competent customer support, does not take responsibility for mistakes made and does not offer adequate solutions in critical situations. This is the first time we have encountered such a formal and indifferent attitude from a travel agency. Highly not recommended.
