There are a lot of broken hair dryers in the women's part of the water park, the hair dryers do not work well. Because of the hard water, the showers are clogged, you need to clean them more often. Very strongly chlorinated water, poor filtration, greenish water. There were a couple of moments with pump failure in the water park on the slides and the boiler in the Russian bank was out of order. As it is, everything is fine. There is constant development and updating. It's a pity we couldn't visit the spa, it was already cold.

Отличное место для отдыха с детьми. Благоустроенная территория, аквапарк с банями. Анимация на высшем уровне, дети заняты с утра до вечера. Питание супер)) рацион сбалансированный. Персонал очень вежливый, в каждом корпусе консьерж , если забыли карту в номере...мгновенно помогут)) Очень чисто в номерах, сама территория очень чистая. Регулярно вывозят мусор с мусорных баков, подметают дорожки, с раннего утра уборщицы протирают на улице детский игровой комплекс. Развлечения на высшем уровне, музыка, Программы, угощения. Также есть на территории оздоровительный мед центр с комплексом услуг на выбор. Были впервые, очень довольны) дети и мы в восторге)))
