I took an individual lesson from @yulia_mukhanova When I was walking, I was familiar with her work from Instagram (signed for several years). We had a non-trivial task: I had to prepare for a photo shoot with a flamenco costume, as well as dance. I knew that Julia danced more hip-hop and jazz-funk, but I was also sure that she knew all the styles) Before I went, I was afraid that I would not be able to withstand intense training. At first, we warmed up for 30-40 minutes, then I put on a dress and flamenco shoes, Julia explained how to hold on, walk, put our hands, we moved and I tried to improvise - to catch successful poses for a photo. In the end, I was surprised that I didn't have any pain after training (even though I was tired and sweating a lot) - and I haven't been dancing for the last few years. I was comfortable with the pace at which we practiced, stretched everything we needed, and moved apart. It was very pleasant to work with Julia. I would take a few more lessons. The hall is spacious, mirrors, speakers, panoramic Windows; locker room, toilet. 2 stops from Partizanskaya metro station.
