I ordered basic necessities for the baby (diapers), counting on a certain time. as a result, someone else's order was brought to me (three packages of baby food, water and detergents), the courier refused to pick up someone else's and left. support said in 1.5-2 hours that they had sorted everything out, my order was handed over to the courier and I can wait for his call. No one contacted me for several hours, as a result, after many hours of correspondence, almost at midnight, they answered my message (written at nine o'clock in the evening) that they would have to wait up to 10 days for my issue to be resolved, according to company policy. On the third day, I have three packages of goods at my house. This is all you need to know about delivery from Detmir. I was happy with the store for several years, but I decided to try delivery for the first time and immediately had such a failure. By the way, the delivery is prepaid, so I was left without money and without goods.
