Hello everybody! I very rarely write reviews, but today we opened our usual favorite ice cream sundae from DEP and samyts. Olin of my sons surprised me first, the 6-year-old tried and left without eating, it was strange, then his 13-year-old older brother said that the ice cream was kind of strange with grains, and I decided to try and indeed, the ice cream is not the same as it was before, there was some kind of fine powder on the tongue, as if.I would compare this to cheap chocolates, which use cocoa powder instead of grated cocoa.Either this is due to improper storage or, worse, they started saving on raw materials.It's a pity, especially since the DEP is known far beyond our region.Once again, I will try another sundae and if this happens again, then of course it will be a fiasco.

The smell is disgusting, it stinks, so there is no desire to use such a product anymore. So, the favorite product of consumers was also ditched, the most beloved condensed milk is now with mold surprises. I do not recommend buying tin cans! I bought a jar, opened the mold in it, and threw it away. After a fairly long period of time, I bought a couple more cans and also had to throw them away. Does the management not control the quality? Ruined great products I DO NOT RECOMMEND this manufacturer for purchase! Opening cans when buying is not an option

It looks like the company will close down soon due to bankruptcy, when people will finally try out products after a change of leadership. My favorite ice cream used to be. But now it is not possible to eat, the milk powder on the teeth creaks, does not even dissolve. We tried to take 1kg of ice cream twice, we thought it seemed the first time, but it didn't. Even the child pushed it away after the third spoonful. And for a minute, the price is already for 1 kg of ice cream, more than three thousand tenge. Now we have Dep products on our blacklist. And it looks like the reviews here are forced to be written by the employees themselves, for a good rating.
