The waiters are rude. Ruined the evening. They ordered Sukhumi draft beer, and brought a poison called Acer. Moreover, we warned the waiter that we would not drink the Acer. We tried and asked to take it away, because we won't drink such a schmuck, health is more expensive! Salads and khachapur were also ordered. As a result, the returned obscene beer was included in the bill. I'm not thrilled with the kitchen either! The local population treats vacationers as second-class people. Yes, Pitsunda has gorgeous nature and a magical sea, but such an attitude spoils everything!

We ate here every day. The kitchen is awesome. Especially solyanka. The dumplings are also delicious and the mantas are awesome. The compote is sweet, not diluted with anything. I really liked the attitude towards us. As guests. Kind people. In general, people in Pitsunda are kind and helpful.

The cafe is just a horror, they charge 10% for the service and there is no service of any kind. In early October, we rested in the defense industry, went to sit in the evening, ordered a barbecue, dessert, campote from feijoa, the barbecue was ready for a long time, and stood waiting for it to be picked up. The waitresses were all at the bar, I notice there weren't many customers. They brought the shish kebab when it cooled down, made a remark so she started yelling at him right now. Kampot is diluted to such an extent like water. The pita bread was never brought. They completely forgot about dessert. The whole kebab was fed to the dog. The cafe just sucks. I do not recommend it!!!

About 30 minutes later, the eggplants arrived. The drinks arrived in 40 minutes! minutes. We got an answer to the question of what the problem is and where everything else is.: the bartender forgot about your order, I gave him everything, the main thing is that everything is in order with your order in the kitchen. An hour passed. The waitress is stalling for time and says she's rushing the kitchen with all her might. The people who came in after us had already eaten and left. After the scandal, either the bartender or the receptionist came to apologize to us. I banished the fairy tale that our order allegedly ran out of paper, and the chefs simply did not receive the receipt with our order. Yeah, but how did they bring the eggplant? But what about the waitress who assured us for an hour that everything was fine and didn't bother to look into the kitchen and ask? Well, OK, anything happens, of course. But normal establishments, in the case of such shoals, bring guests a compliment from the cafe or make a discount. They don't practice anything like that at the Dolphin. Moreover, we also got 10 percent for the service! In general, it's a spoiled family holiday and a good mood for your own money. We passed by the next day. The waitress still works there. Young, with full lips. Apparently, she thinks that her very presence there is already a joy for the guests. To be fair, other waitresses, older and bulkier than this fifi stuck on the phone, were like meteors. And their guests left happy. Although, this does not negate the establishment's disgusting policy of compensating guests for such shoals.

The receptionist started to raise her voice and interrupt us, then said that she would now call the owner of the establishment, who was sitting at the next table. The receptionist brought him wine, and as soon as he sniffed it, he made a face and moved away. The owner did not come up, I had to come up on my own, to which the answer from him was "leave me alone, figure it out for yourself, fucked up" LITERALLY! Then I went to deal with my husband, so that he deleted the video where you can see his reaction to the wine that was brought to us. And then the full circus began. The food is tasteless, the service is 0 The place is disgusting

After that, the rude receptionist joined the case, who said that this was a wonderful wine and we would pay for it, because it was already they punched in the check and now Olesya will have to pay for it out of her own pocket (I remind you that even before the check was punched, we said that we would not pay for it) , the administrator turned to the "owner" of this institution, who was just relaxing at the next table. when asked to taste the wine, he turned away from it in disgust, after which he took a small sip and said that the wine was delicious (he justified his initial reaction by saying that he was allegedly drinking another wine) , then another character from the kitchen joined the case and shouted to the whole hall that he was giving us this wine and asking something Should I give you more? very aggressive. After a couple of minutes, the "owner" puts food on our table from his table very nervously and says here you go. in general, if you want to experience a complete lack of customer orientation and respect, then this place is suitable for you, in other cases, I recommend avoiding it.
