We came to Comuna Sevan with two children to have a special lunch and let them swim in the pool. They paid 20,000 drams for bathing at the entrance, and we were escorted to a restaurant. Then there was a continuous wait: no one approached us for a long time, they took the menu themselves, and for another half hour they tried to attract attention. The order was placed without an appointment — as a result, they forgot the soup for the child and clarified which fish we ordered. They didn't even bring water, so I had to ask for the appliances separately. The place is beautiful, the territory is well maintained, but the service left an extremely unpleasant impression. We do not plan to return.

It's terrible! The worst place to stay! To begin with, the cottage was in terrible condition when we moved in! Dirty bed linen, stained towels, dirty and sticky floors in the bathrooms, dead flies were stuck to the soap dispenser, as if on purpose, a disposable and already obviously used razor was left in one of the bathrooms (they realized this by the hair stuck inside), a large brown stain on the toilet paper (they later tried to convince us that it was just paint) and clogged bathroom drains that no one had cleaned for a very long time. When we pointed out all these problems, they didn't even apologize to us, but only said that it was because we came earlier. We arrived earlier than check-in, but we sat in the restaurant until check-in time and checked in even a little later than the specified time. After some time, they came up to us and demanded to pay extra for additional guests, although our reservation was confirmed the day before and we received 1 guest less. I notice they still haven't apologized for the pigsty they put us in. After much discussion and proof that the price is listed in the booking and that their employee confirmed the reservation for us at this price, one of the owners only said that he "did not agree with the price in the booking." After another 3.5 hours of their additional cleaning, we were finally able to move in, but then another surprise awaited us, one of the bathrooms in the bedroom is arranged so that all the water just flows into the room and in 5 minutes of using the shower, half of the bedroom was already in the water. On the ground floor, tap water gushes from a few meters away and also floods the room. Instead of rest, we got a total hassle. It was only after the flood in the room that they decided to apologize to us, even though they had previously claimed that these were small things and we were trying to get to them on purpose. Well, the logical conclusion of the evening was a rat that ran around the restaurant while we were having dinner there. The worst place in Sevan! I don't recommend it to anyone!

The beautiful packaging is rotten inside. We've been here for a few days. Firstly, there is no beach as such, there is a piece of land and access to Sevan, but for some reason these people do not care at all that this piece of land is impossibly dirty. Bottles, plastic, garbage are everywhere, no one collects anything, we know from experience, because we have been here for several days. The second question is about the menu and the restaurant. The policy of this place does not allow you to bring food with you, but their prices are recklessly overpriced and, plus, the quality and price ratio are not respected, by the way, you will still be lucky if your order is delivered before 40 minutes, be prepared to wait and, by the way, be prepared for the fact that the order may be confused, bring something else. And don't apologize, don't fix it. Then there's the pool thing. I think this is the highlight of this place, but the warm pool is warmed by the sun. We were told the water warms up to 30 degrees, but the water was cold all day, and when we asked, we were told that it gets warmer in a day: what is not an ordinary pool that is insulated under the sun? The deck chairs and mattresses are dirty, you need to ask them carefully to replace them, they won't think of it themselves, the same applies to music: in principle, maybe, but you need to ask. The impression and experience are negative: you can stay for a few hours, okay, but I don't advise you to stay. As I said at the beginning: a beautiful package is a dummy, it's not worth the money.
