I recently visited Kofix and was satisfied! A cozy atmosphere, pleasant staff and an excellent selection of coffee. I tried cappuccino – delicious and fragrant! There were also pastries, which pleased me. The prices are adequate. A great place to meet friends or work. I will definitely come back! And special thanks to Menger Sofia!!!

We kindly ask you to tell the staff what the service is. On October 30, at about one o'clock in the afternoon, they came for cocoa. At that time, the barista girl was standing at the counter counting something and talking on the phone. And then, without looking up, the phrase "Counting the cash register!" arrives. When we didn't leave, they bothered to look up at us. We clarified: So what?😅 We were told: Come in 10 minutes! Neither hello nor sorry, I couldn't even distract myself from the phone conversation. By the way, after 10 minutes we did not go, fortunately there are enough coffee shops in the shopping center. If they had answered politely, then of course they would have waited, the cocoa is delicious. And most of the employees leave much to be desired

I ordered a cappuccino. There are no special syrups, the coffee is barely warm, if not cold. Just ugh. There is no cinnamon, the tubes are gone... The first cafe from this chain, where I didn't like everything.
