Every morning at Avtozavodskaya metro station in the kofix coffee shop, I buy a very tasty Americano cooked with the soul of the lovely staff, but there is a small remark about the small discomfort in the room itself, now the winter is harsh, cold, you look at these fragile girls who freeze, it gets cold yourself, would you put a tiny heater on them, and in the summer on the contrary, you can steam with a broom and drink coffee at the same time, even open doors do not help. I think if the room is made more comfortable not only for visitors but also for the staff, the coffee will taste even better and there will be more visitors.
