In general, it was fine, the breakdown turned out to be simple, they called back quickly, the master arrived promptly at the agreed time, fixed everything. But there are questions about the cost - 150 rubles per hour of work (deducted from the amount the cost of a spare part, which can easily be bought on Ozone), taking into account the departure (around the city, nearby, 5 minutes by car) - this is a lot, with all due respect. The repair cost was not announced by the master in advance (like, there were different options), and the prices listed on the website are generally complete nonsense (35-45 rubles for a 50-minute repair). He didn't give us any documents either (but we didn't ask for them). The problem has been solved, but there is no desire to contact you again. I will take off the star for the cost and the discrepancy indicated on the website, otherwise everything went quite well.
