A historical building with elements of the sports spirit of the USSR. The stands are mostly open, but there are some sections with canopies. The organization of the passage is lame. There were not enough supervisors and queues formed. Navigation is lame. The seats are whole and small. The concrete foundations of the stands are already in need of major repairs, as they have simply been destroyed already. The sound of the microphone is not very audible.
