Не пропустили инвалида-колясочника на парковку на авто, при въезде стоит шлагбаум и требуют оплату 200р за проезд на автостоянку. Естественно - все это не законная деятельность, чеки за парковку не дают. Парковка для инвалидов в России бесплатная по закону - нарушение прав инвалидов.
