The bus station in Dilijan was a landmark place in Soviet times. The architectural design of the building provided for the bus station itself with a waiting area and behind it was a platform (landing stage) in the form of a circle with a canopy made in reinforced concrete. All this former "majesty" is now in a deplorable state, and there is a good supermarket in the bus station itself! There is a lake nearby and a very cozy and modern cafe with a panorama of the water surface!
