Unfortunately, visiting and ordering at this particular Burger King for me became an example of how systematic problems can spoil the overall impression of the restaurant as a whole. I am a frequent visitor to BC in general, I have not encountered any problems at other service points, but everything is regularly bad here.: 1. when visiting a restaurant on October 22, we bought takeaway food and waited for about 30 minutes, another 10 minutes and we would have had patience. Moreover, I ordered a very small combo of 5 for 5.50, while witnessing a violation of hygiene (I attach the photo below). The girl at the checkout touched the groceries without changing her gloves during the entire time I was waiting at the checkout counter, touched the phone, and then the groceries. The kitchen was dirty, the "bunker" (I don't know what to call the device where the finished French fries are stored and sprinkled with salt) was dirty, there were French fries and other things around the edges of the bunker, when creating portions, the girl who worked in the kitchen position came up and from time to time 2-3 potatoes were thrown into the normal total that the cooked mass of the product (I remind you that they were lying on the sides even before my visit to the restaurant and all the time while I was waiting for my order at the counter, I was watching this). In the kitchen of the establishment, everything was terribly dirty, as can be seen in the photo. I left a review in the app, and then the manager apparently contacted me and said that he would do something there, but as it turned out, nothing had changed.; 2. I ordered delivery, before that I bought a burger from the new mushroom collection in another restaurant, I wanted to try ANGUS WITH CHANTERELLES in the evening. it says everywhere that this burger comes with chanterelles, in the description and on the illustration itself (photos are attached), but you can see that it eventually got to me (photo). There's only mushroom sauce, and it's delicious, but the price is the same for all the products. Comparing the description of the burger and what came to me, there are also questions about the filling of other ingredients, because the weight is 246 grams, instead of the stated 290, I suspect that the regulations that the company itself sets are systematically violated in this restaurant. And the manager, who promised to do something, never did.; 3.When ordering the delivery, everything comes 50/50. Product quality is determined by regular compliance with the standard, BUT HERE THERE IS NO QUALITY. UPD: the situation has been resolved, thanks for the service

The quality of food deteriorates noticeably over time, and prices only rise. We ordered 2 Angus Parmegiano for delivery and were disappointed once again. The buns themselves are dry and not fresh, one burger had no parmesan and onion, the second had a little onion on the box and a little in the burger. There is very little sauce. A pixel of sauce was farted on such a large cutlet and that's it, everything is very dry and this dried water is stuck in the throat like a stone. When you order a burger for almost 17.20 rubles, you expect something more, but here there are outright savings on ingredients. I used to like this burger, but now I feel sorry for the money I spent.

I visited this place on 03/15. The cashier Egor immediately created a bad impression by not correctly punching the order to the people in front of me and laughing from that, on my turn (there were people behind me too), he generally turned away to his colleagues and talked to them until the remark from the administrator addressed to him. I also note that a person picks his nose with gloves (I understand that this is inevitable and we are all human, but for this you can move away, and not spoil the appetite of customers) I waited 24 minutes for the order. The vending machine was also broken, so the purchased drinks could not be drunk. People could have been warned about this. After waiting for our order for a third of an hour and eating a dry meal, we left. The service is top notch!
