Not the best Burger King in Mogilev. Moreover, you can wait for an order for 20 minutes, realizing that we have 5 orders in front of us. So they constantly don't add something to all this (appliances, potatoes, sauces, etc.) and they also don't warn about the long wait. When you're waiting for an employee to pick up an order, for some reason they pretend they don't notice you. We didn't make a big order today, I took inexpensive burgers with chicken (I can't eat beef), and the young man took beef. I checked the order for sauces beforehand. Everything seemed to be fine when I got home, I realized that instead of 3 burgers with chicken, they gave me 3 with beef (there were 3 with chicken and 2 with beef on the order) . Dear employees, I understand that you have difficult days. But we need to be at least a little more attentive, and not constantly approach you with the words that you did not report.

hello, we came with friends to eat and ordered a combo for 6.40, we waited for 10 minutes, the burger had one patty like rubber, we regretted the sauce, one cucumber and onion, the potatoes were salted, it was very hot in the hall on the 2nd floor, dirty tables, napkins and empty sauce jars were lying on the floor.

We go to this place all the time, there are some nuances, but the child only likes your French fries.On Saturday, October 11, at around 20:00, we wanted to place a Driver thru order, they answered us, the wait was 30 minutes, then I went into the establishment and wanted to place an order at the checkout, the wait was canceled for 1 hour. I've filled up one card for me, but I can't collect an order without waiting in line. Then I asked the receptionist to call me. Then the receptionist came in, not quite happy. She said that 2 specialists were sick and in general she has a day off today and she shouldn't work, I told her that you are the administrator and why didn't you warn me of any actions to eliminate such a queue, there are third-party organizations like outsourcing, why should I suffer for an hour in line for one potato, just becausebecause you're not doing your job well as a manager. I was given the answer that she doesn't care and I can do what I want.
