Staff is very helpful, atmosphere is nice and comfy, meal was very good, interior is professionally designed, beverages choice and quality are fine (my red wine favourite primitivo Di manduria).

The food and services here is near impeccable. Traditional Belarusian dishes served in the highest quality. The atmosphere is cozy and romantic only if you get one of the three back elevated tables.

I really wanted to visit a good restaurant with Belarusian cuisine. The choice fell on "Bulbashi" and all expectations were fulfilled. Firstly, the convenient location is in the city center, not far from the metro. Secondly, it has a beautiful interior and comfortable furniture. And further down the list: friendly, prompt service, very tasty food. The portions are good, an interesting combination of products and flavors. We ate so much that we even had to give up the gift dessert for our birthday)) but it was there that we tasted very tasty draniki, exactly the kind I wanted to find in Belarus. I recommend it to everyone who will be in Minsk, and I wish the institution not to lose its level.
