We arrived at Bona Sforza at 4 p.m. on Saturday without booking. Administrator Victoria, at our request, despite the full boarding, kindly found us two seats. Further, Alexandra, the waiter, took care of us in a highly professional manner. She advised us on fine white and red wine, served us courteously, and we really felt like guests of a high-class restaurant. The kitchen is great. Tartare with capers, quail yolk, snow-covered with parmesan cheese caresses the receptors. Borscht with pampushki in garlic oil is tender, balanced, and very tasty. Hand-made pasta with carbonara sauce is above praise. Nowhere else in a restaurant in Belarus has it been so delicious! The only advice is to choose a cocktail yourself from well-known drinks. The compliment from the restaurant is a little sour and I would like it to be stronger. We will be happy to come here again!
