I wanted to order a gift certificate. In the very first message, the studio administrator said that courier delivery was FREE, and that it was included in the shipping cost. I paid, and after a while they wrote to me that the certificate was ready and they would be able to send it the next day in the morning from 10 to 12. I wrote down the address and the mobile phone number, and then there was silence. The next day, I spend the entire time waiting for the courier. but! There is no courier! closer to 12, I wrote to the chat, where we talked with the administrator. It turns out that the delivery will be at my expense. I forwarded a message where they wrote that the delivery was free, they replied that there had been a misunderstanding, and if the amount of the certificate had been more, the delivery would indeed have been free. Couldn't you have said that before? I am outraged not that I had to pay for the delivery, but THAT I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT IT. was it difficult to write this after I wrote the address? What's so difficult about that? Well, I also want to add about gift wrapping. Previously, we purchased such an ee certificate, the packaging was much neater, the recipient's name was written on the certificate itself in black marker, and it looked NORMAL, but this time, it was signed with a pen, as if it had been signed at the very last moment.
