We had a vacation in early June 2025 with a company of 12 people. They occupied almost the entire second floor. Despite the fact that the season was just beginning, we were greeted wonderfully. New renovation, new furniture, clean linen with towels. The place is just a fire! The sea is nearby, the hotel has panoramic windows all overlooking the sea, you can watch dolphins from the balcony. You wake up and you're already at sea without leaving your room, and in the evening there's a moonlight path. The beach is clean, there are sun beds with umbrellas (300 rubles) and relaxation music is always playing. Glanders where you can swim with dolphins. There is a cafe nearby, also with a view of the sea, the food is very tasty and not expensive. Pleasant manager Venus, always ready to help with any issue that we didn't have because everything is perfect! I would like to say a special thank you to Yuri, who is engaged in the beach and cares deeply for the comfort of vacationers. And of course, thanks to the owner Astamur, who personally came to see us off and find out if everything was in order. In a word, they cried, they didn't want to leave. That says it all.

I'll start from the beginning: it's not the first year in Abkhazia, and this time I wanted a room in silence and by the sea. We found this hotel, we liked everything: the location, the price. But when I started reading the reviews, I was scared, I thought everything was not fate. But. Those were just my thoughts. I contacted Venus and she explained everything competently and clearly, I calmed down and waited for our vacation. (booked in April). We arrived at Tsandrypsh, for lunch. Venus greeted us, even helped us pick up our things, our room was on the second floor with a stunning view of the sea. We were in a car, the car was parked along the road, our friends who were with us were also parked along the road. Everything is fine. Room: clean, shower, toilet are all normal, everything is working, there was always hot water (as there was the experience of other hotels, and even more expensive, water and light were constantly lost), kettle, TV, refrigerator, everything is normal. (moreover, the refrigerator is not small, like everywhere else, but normal). Wi-Fi works, but we always take a SIM card for the Internet (1550 rub). To visit the sights of Abkhazia by yourself. Therefore, I can't really evaluate the quality of Wi-Fi, but most likely it's normal, since friends from the beach called) the most exciting thing is to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the sea, this is a separate thrill. The beach is spacious, there are few people, compared to Sochi. This is heaven and earth. Anytime you go to the beach, there is always a place to your liking and right on the shore. So the beach is huge. The famous White Cliffs are 2 steps away from the hotel. And the hotel itself is surrounded by greenery and rocks. It's just a fairy tale. There are also sun beds, umbrellas, sun beds. 300 rub.- a sunbed. The prices for all this are also very acceptable. If you have any questions, please contact Yura - he is a super person, he will tell you everything, he will tell you everything., There's a great cafe nearby. Where there is everything from breakfast, lunch, dinner . The prices are great. I recommend everything very tasty. Shish kebab will be made any way you want (sharper, less salt, whatever your heart desires) this is a special thanks to the Umbrella) . in general, all the staff of this cafe are very, very nice people, they talked to everyone, very kind and helpful people. After the first evening in this cafe, we became relatives). Well, it was a great vacation. we still remember. And we will definitely come back here . it became our little Paradise).
