It's a great place. We were here for the New Year holidays. I liked everything... the elevator made the first impression, then a room with panoramic windows and a view of the extraordinary beauty of the mountains, I didn't want to see the sea in winter, but the mountains are the best for a cozy stay, then a large bed with a pleasant comfortable and comfortable mattress, then breakfast is always delicious and they give us a lot of things that we all didn't even eat But I want to especially note the pancakes-delicious 🙏 And God grant health to all the hotel staff , the chefs and the receptionist are always smiling , kind and ready to help , they provided us with a comfortable stay , we enjoyed it thank you And even the weather was on our side from +15 degrees and above, and it was probably possible to sunbathe in the sun. Thanks to all Abkhazians for their hospitality, we were treated to tangerines and twigs from a candy tree on the streets. For the first time I tasted it like raisins with figs. On the tour are advised to only go with a guide, Sabina competent in love with their country professional... there is nothing to compare often go on excursions and met all kinds of guides and it is in my top shares the first place with one guide from Moscow is also fun and interesting as well as Sabina told... in General Sabine, we fell in love with Abkhazia🥰 We will come to this country with the most fluffy and beautiful palm trees in the whole wide world again and again with pleasure ... thank you

We planned to stay for 2 nights during the November holidays, but we liked it so much that we extended our stay, traveled to different places in Abkhazia, but we came to this hotel for the night. Spacious rooms, a large bed with a single comfortable mattress (which is becoming rare, often two with a joint). We had a room with a sea view. In the morning, we opened the curtains and the balcony and enjoyed the views and the sound of the water through the panoramic windows. Very attentive staff. We had a wonderful rest! Thanks!

We stayed at the Bella Hotel in early August 2025.. Standard 2-bed room + extra. a place for a child (a very good folding 1.5 bed). Nice environment, very clean, balcony. The cleaning is conscientious (the maid is well done, besides, a nice person!). Beautiful elevator! The room was on the mountain side - no noise (including in the evening), we slept when we wanted. Water, including hot water, without interruptions. I would like to mention the nutrition: The breakfast buffet includes a variety of delicious dishes (porridges, baked potatoes with mushrooms, Navy style, pancakes with cottage cheese and condensed milk, three types of cakes, salads, fruits, etc. Delicious lunches (no dinner). In general, the food is wonderful!! (Since we were traveling around the city , we stopped at a couple of other advertised cafes - so to speak, with Bellovsky and "didn't stand next to him."... The hotel has a small but very comfortable territory. To the sea - 3 min. with a quiet step. There are plenty of sun beds with umbrellas, there has always been enough. A green, soulful corner in front of the "border" with New Gagra. Special thanks for providing reliable carriers on excursions (responsible, careful on mountain roads, which is extremely important).(We were glad that we stopped at this particular hotel! We recommend it!!!!!
