The bank's staff are always polite and friendly, they will always prompt, explain and show you everything, and if they don't know something, they will find out, then they will call you back and tell you and prompt you again. When communicating with other banks, I do not remember that a bank employee called me back on a matter of interest a day after my conversation with the consultant. Also, I do not remember a single case in Belarusbank where I received text messages intended for another person about the movement of his funds (I will not name this bank, otherwise they will be offended). In general, our BB is the best in the country. 🤓
