22 мая 7:40 вечера пришла за выпиской. Попросила на максимально возможный бесплатный срок (два месяца) И просто с одной строкой с остатком по счёту (то есть с последней операцией с зачислением денежных средств). Повторила много раз, в итоге сейчас, когда нужна выписку, открываю рюкзак и вижу ОДНУ выписку на два месяца. Почему????? Если просила две. Мне в банк ехать больше часа, неужели сотруднице было настолько влом включить мозг сделать то, что её просят сделать? Я в полном шоке... Считаете, что Клинт должен сколько раз сказать, что ему нужно? 200? Она стала нести бред про справку, хотя в визовом центре достаточно выписки и мне даже лучше было чтобы она была на короткий срок. Мне теперь опять в банк ехать и тратить на это кучу времени и сил из-за халатности вашей сотрудницы.
