Good day to all! We had a rest here from 20.06 to 1.07.25. We found the hotel ourselves, booked it through an early booking travel agency. The hotel is really cool! I liked everything: the food was excellent, beef, fish every day (chicken, of course, in different flavors, but I didn't take it, I eat it at home), desserts are very tasty, with Turkish, where everything is soaked in syrup, can not be compared! There are a lot of mousse and souffle desserts, jelly, ice cream from 3 types of vending machines with various fillers and mix it yourself or the waiter will make it. The waiters, by the way, are sweethearts, well-trained, not intrusive, and they treat Russians and foreigners exactly the same. The rooms are good, the cleaning is on the level. The territory is large, well-groomed, and the beach is also clean (beachboys with strokers walk all day, the sand shines through). The sun beds are cool, wooden, with mattresses, and another beachboy helps to move them into the shade of wooden umbrellas. Interesting little thing:The openwork railings near each umbrella are cozy and create a kind of privacy. In general, the beach is excellent, gentle approach, crystal clear water... There is a bar on the beach with alcoholic drinks, beer, ice cream, juices. Juices, by the way, are packaged, undiluted, I took a mix of mango and guava or mango - pineapple - excellent! In addition, there is a main Azur bar and a disco bar by the pool (where you can have pizza, burgers, and French fries if you are too lazy to go to a restaurant for lunch). There are 2 a la carte restaurants (Italian and grilled, you can visit for free 1 time) The main restaurant is excellent, there are several semicircular halls with 20 tables, each with its own waiters, there are no crowds of visitors and the feeling of a canteen, everything is very well planned. There is a separate area for children with a children's menu, there is a TV, children's soft poufs, toys, mommy will comfortably feed the children. There is a small table with gluten-free products, so we took care of that too. The day of activity is scheduled:yoga, water aerobics and other delights. In the evening, something happens every day: a fire show, a saxophone with a guitar, a fakir show, and many other things. A girl plays the piano 3 times a week in the recreation area near the Azur bar - it's just great! A warm evening, stars, sea, cocktail and live music! I would recommend this hotel - definitely YES! I would have come again, YES! P.S. We went to Luxor and El Gouna, there are a lot of impressions, but that's another story. Tip: it is better to go on a tour to Luxor in a mini-group. It took us a long time to choose a hotel in Hurghada and we stayed at the Mercure Hurghada, and we didn't regret it at all. Everything is fine at the hotel. Check-in was earlier and there was a late departure. The bracelets were given away immediately before the room was provided, and they also did not take off the bracelets when they left. The staff is very friendly. I was surprised that the new ones were asked for two or three days if everything was okay, if there were any questions, if they needed help. The food is delicious and varied. The territory is well maintained, very clean. The entrance to the sea is smooth and there is sand everywhere. There is a small reef. I would like to mention Adel, he is a small building supervisor, he is always friendly and solved any issues instantly. The only drawbacks are that there is no clothes dryer in the rooms and very little water pressure in the shower by the sea. Otherwise, the hotel is excellent.

Clean beach, beautiful sand. Towels are provided near the pool upon presentation of a card received at the reception. There are toilets, showers and a separate place on the beach where you can rinse your feet from the sand. There is an all-inclusive bar on the beach and a bar a little further away where you can buy drinks for money. There is a coral reef near the shore where you can swim with a mask and look at marine life. I recommend taking coral slippers with you to be able to look at the fish while walking along the shore.
