This is the place where I was afraid to go when choosing an excursion. The grandeur of the tower was frightening. But it's one of the most beautiful places I've been. And I want to say with confidence that I want to return there. Stunning views open on the territory of 4 religions. And the view from the tower will definitely not leave you indifferent. Even if you are afraid of heights, I recommend at least climbing a few floors and enjoying the scenery. I didn't get to the end of about 3-4 flights, due to the number of people and the constant movement up and down. But impressions....🥰

Part 5 of the 2-day tour "The Pearl of Sri Lanka" Kandy-Ella. The first day. The Tower of the Four Religions is an Ambuluava 68 m high, an architectural masterpiece. It is located at an altitude of 1100 m. They brought us in tuk-tuks, with a colorful driver. There was a Buddhist ceremony, monkeys were running around. Everything is harmonious. We went up to the tower in the rain, it was foggy. The monkeys were sitting, they wouldn't let me go to the stairs. One of them rummaged in our backpack while we were distracted. The cost of the tour from the tour operator is $ 170 with an overnight stay at the Nuwara Eliya hotel, with dinner and breakfast.
