It was the first time we visited this hotel and we were not mistaken in our choice. Upon arrival, an assistant will meet you at the door, pick up your bags and your vacation has begun. Check-in is arranged for you, and your favorite drinks are brought to you at this time. Soon you will be escorted to your room. All our wishes were taken into account. The room is on the 2nd floor, quite large. Two beds, an armchair, a large TV, a tea station and a capsule coffee maker. Water is replenished every day, a welcome bottle of wine, beer, pola, sprite, juice in the mini bar. Daily change of towels. Sulfate shampoo. It didn't suit me. The cleaning is very good. The hotel is very clean, the territory is not very large, but there are also three swimming pools (one heated), a water park, and an orange grove. Very tasty and varied food. The service is above all praise. You don't have time to sit down, the waiter immediately comes up and brings drinks. There are quarcodes at the sea and at the pools, you can order drinks. Three visits to Alaska are free. We liked the international and Italian. The hotel is European, we did not feel deprived at all. Everyone is treated the same. And the guests themselves are nice and friendly. The sea across the embankment (large and beautiful) is shallow, sand, there are stones at the entrance. It's a great place to relax in the off-season.
