Lived from 07/14/2025 to 07/25/2025. The building is two-storeyed, with an attic and a basement, relatively new, the renovation is quite fresh, with traces of careless operation by the guests. I lived on the second floor, in room 204, with a veranda for three rooms facing the facade. The accommodation is comfortable. The room is furnished with a double bed with a good mattress and a bed for its size, an armchair, a small hallway, a small bedside table and a TV stand. In the hallway of the second floor there is an ironing board with a cheap, "fried" iron. On the terrace there is a plastic set, as in cafes, consisting of a round table with 2 chairs, and a clothes dryer. Of the appliances, there is an air conditioner, which is important in such heat in summer, a small refrigerator (also wonderful) and a TV with satellite TV (Tricolor). For lovers of silence, this particular room is not suitable because two external units of air conditioners are fixed on the outer side wall, yours and the neighboring room, and when one or both devices are working and you want to relax, a lot of noise is heard in the room. The bathroom is combined with a shower and a washbasin. The bathroom has a metal hanger with four double hooks, a mirror with a glass shelf, a plastic basin for 8-10 liters and a small plastic bucket for 1.5-2 liters. The house has a large, 20-25 square meters, shared kitchen on the ground floor, with a sink, an ordinary refrigerator with a freezer, a small two-burner electric stove, a small kitchen table with a bench and a couple of chairs. The kitchen has a small, 1.2 liter plastic electric kettle. There are few dishes, the dishes are old, mismatched and uncleaned, as well as cutlery. There is no washing machine for the guests (!) You can live, but if you need cleanliness and compliance with sanitary standards, then you definitely are not here. The room was roughly cleaned, the floor was maybe slightly swept, the refrigerator in the room was dirty, the TV screen was splattered with something, and there was long-term dirt under the furniture and refrigerator. The plumbing (sink, faucets, shower, toilet) is dirty and untreated, which is unacceptable in principle, and even more so in this climate, and even with constantly changing guests. The common areas (corridors, kitchen) are hardly cleaned. I also had to clean up myself, well, shit. The bed linen and towels were not changed. To the sea at least 10 minutes on foot. There are two beaches within walking distance, both of which are pebbly and sandy. Parking in the courtyard, in a good way, for one car, if there are two, it will already be crowded. I have not had a confrontation with the hostess, so I cannot say anything about her in this aspect.
