We stayed at this hotel with my sisters in early October. The hotel is just super, good location, not far from the border, lots of shops nearby, the first coastline, the sea is a 2-minute walk away. The staff is just great, special thanks to them. They helped with everything, told me everything. We will definitely come again.

I liked everything very much: location (10 minutes by car from the border, 5-7 minutes walk to the sea), The food (buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner on the menu, which is posted the next day in the evening) is good, no one was hungry. By the way, many thanks to the staff for repeatedly arriving later than the meal schedule due to excursions, but we were individually warmed up and covered. I am very pleased with this attitude! One gets the impression that he came to stay with old friends or relatives! Traveling twice a year, we do not remember such an attitude towards the residents ... The staff is super in every way!!! The room is always clean (daily cleaning), cozy, there is a hairdryer, a kettle, three towels for each, shampoo, shower gel, nice white bed linen, good pillows and blankets (the only but big minus for a married couple is that in double rooms there are two single beds - it is very uncomfortable, in the middle it turns out large pit.....) Heated swimming pool (easy access, clean) We celebrated our wedding anniversary with my husband and were very touched when, with beautiful music, turning off the main light, they brought us a cake with a burning candle, a bottle of champagne and a beautiful postcard with wonderful wishes.... Mmmm.... They moved me to tears with their hospitality and good wishes... thank you so much!!! YOU ARE SUPER!!! This is a place where you want to come back and advise everyone!!! 💞RECOMMENDED💞

We stayed at the hotel from 3 to 12 August. The room has air conditioning, towels, slippers, bathrobes, and a hairdryer. Room cleaning every day. Towels are changed every three days. View from the balcony on fir trees, cedars. Meals are buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner according to the menu, which is different every day. The pool is clean and heated. There is a cafe on site where you can order barbecue, grilled vegetables, drinks, hookah. 5 minutes walk to the sea. On the beach there are sun beds, umbrellas, a small cafe where you can have a snack, drinks, hookah. Beach towels are provided at the reception upon arrival at the hotel.

Great hotel, vacationed in August 2024. We were looking for an option with the possibility of accommodation with animals - a cat traveled with us. The hotel is modern, comfortable rooms, toiletries, linen change - everything is OK. A la carte meals - everything is delicious and simple. There are few people in the hotel, no hustle and bustle. The staff is friendly, they will always prompt and help. Pizza, burgers, kebabs are near the hotel. Grocery stores and other things. 5 minutes walk to the sea, own sun beds, you don't need to pay anything. The sea is clean, there are few people on the beach, this is undoubtedly a plus. Overall, a quiet, relaxing stay, very satisfied!

We had a vacation on June 20-27, 2025 with mom. I really liked it, I want to come back! Excellent polite and helpful staff, always ready to help. The food is incongruous, sometimes spicy (at least for us), but very tasty. Special thanks to the chef. In the morning, there is a buffet, lunch and dinner according to the menu, which is posted in advance. There is a wonderful heated swimming pool, and delicious barbecue is being prepared nearby. The sea and the beach are 5 minutes away on foot 🏖️ There are pebbles on the beach, but this does not prevent you from having a great rest, and if you are frozen, you can always return to the hotel pool and relax on the veranda 😉 If you forgot a towel, they will give you another one so that you don't freeze - guests are always taken care of here! The room has a bathrobe and 3 towels for each guest, shower gel, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, Internet, cleaning every day, on the third day the bed linen and all towels were completely changed. Thank you for our wonderful vacation, as if we went to visit our relatives Now we will recommend this particular hotel to everyone!😍 we were satisfied and still warmly remember our vacation 😊

The rest was a success, first of all, thanks to the friendly and smiling man at the reception. Immediately there is a feeling of hospitality and comfort. By cons: 1. The cleaning is not thorough enough, it was not cleaned under the bed, on the balcony. Dust and dirt also clogged the table on the balcony, they rinsed it in the shower, but this did not solve the problem. 2. Lunch. It's like my grandmother forgot for 90 years what she put in and everything boiled down, and she just forgot to put the meat in. There was only one normal vegetable soup in 3 days. 3. The Internet seems to be there, but it doesn't seem to be. By the way, we are currently resting in a hotel far from civilization and it is flying. 4. 2 beds shifted instead of one: they woke up in the pit one by one. 5. Beach towels are changed every 3 days. It would have been better if they had saved on bathrobes and not given them out, but towels were taken away in the evening and given out in the morning, as is done everywhere. 6. The water in the pool did not warm up normally, because they said that they changed the water the day before our arrival. We swam every other day - moss / mold on the bottom in places. There is a vacuum cleaner, but it lies aside. Of the advantages: 1. New renovation. 2. Clean dining room. 3. Good pillows and blankets. 4. The presence of a balcony. 5. The beach is nearby, there is a bar and sun beds with umbrellas. 6. Pleasant waitress. The atmosphere is made by the administrator and another woman who often laid out napkins. Thanks to them!

We stayed at the Art hotel on Oktyabrskaya for the second year in a row. I liked it so much last year that we went this year too! Pros, there are more of them: Clean, small hotel, 24 rooms, all with balconies, air conditioning, comfortable beds. Some rooms have mountain views, some have a distant view of the sea and a piece of the mountains! The best views are on the 4th floor. The village of Tsandrypsh is right next to the border, 10 minutes by car! Sooooo convenient! Sochi is visible from the beach, planes that are landing) Anyone who has traveled to Abkhazia will understand: there is a generator that turns on promptly when there are problems with the light! That's why there's always light and water! The rooms have everything you need: bathrobes, towels, including blue beach towels, hair dryer, smart TV, shower gel, soap, slippers, air conditioning, balcony, refrigerator, blackout curtains, kettle, glasses, but we asked for cups- we drank coffee in the mornings and evenings on the balcony, brought with a coffee pot) We bought coffee at a nearby store, Turkish, ground. The hotel is small, mostly for couples or just families with children. This means that you are guaranteed peace, quiet and order. Cleaning is daily, linen is changed every 5 days. If you want to change earlier, as we did with beach towels, contact Alkhaz at the counter, he immediately solves all issues! And in general, he has a special respect: he is always responsive, polite, smiling, responds to requests, helps in case of any problems!!!! We've already written about nutrition. Breakfast is a buffet, then the menu is hung on the counter at the tables every day after breakfast. They cook deliciously, homely, for which the cook has a special respect. But you can't please everyone: I really liked something, for example, porridge and casserole in the morning- 🔥! Pilaf with bulgur and chicken soup are delicious; and I didn't really like something, but it depends on individual preferences. The dining room is clean, the plates are already creaking, there are always enough cups and napkins! Special thanks to Ulyana, who serves the hall! Everything is clear, with a smile, calm, polite! The hotel has its own piece of beach! Sun beds, umbrellas, changing room, shower! Vitaly, the caretaker is a smart girl! He will always help, he will open umbrellas, he helped moms with strollers and the elderly with sun beds! He keeps order, wipes the sun beds, and cleans up the trash. By the way, there were always enough umbrellas and sun beds, even when the hotel was fully loaded!!!! It's bad form to occupy sun beds with towels with stones, that's for sure! Whenever you come, there are always places, there are always umbrellas!!!!! In the beach bar, which is typically Abkhazian, beer, champagne, watermelons, snacks, hot food, such as potatoes and wings appeared before our departure) There is a barbecue/bar at the hotel itself! Last year it wasn't, this year it's just positive feedback!!!! We tried fish, shish kebabs, grilled vegetables - everything is very tasty and fast. Only the draft beer didn't go in. The beach is about 7 minutes from the hotel at a leisurely pace, along the road to the right of the hotel through the mini market. There was a Gourmet store on the corner, where they bought beer, lemonades, and ice cream. The assortment is large and the girls are incredibly promptly served at the checkout. Cash or a pin code card, please note. There is a pharmacy within walking distance, with a decent selection of everything you need. You can buy everything for the beach on the market, there is a large selection, prices are normal. Like everywhere else in Abkhazia, it's like being in a petting zoo: cats, dogs, horses, cows, even 🐷!!!! Animals are here as part of the landscape and life) We fed everyone and ironed them) The sea is clear, transparent, and inviting!!!! Pebbles, I need aquashoes, I couldn't walk on the pebbles without shoes. The sea is clear, and twice in 10 days some garbage has sailed in, either from the Psou River or from Sochi... The sea was cool at first, then it became super! The only thing was, there were jellyfish this year, sometimes a little, sometimes a lot, but they quickly disappeared, who knows where) Dolphins were seen from the shore every morning around 7 o'clock! And there aren't many people on the beach, even when the hotels nearby and ours are packed! You can easily find a place to dive, where to lie down, where to stand! They carry hot corn, blackberries, and watermelons in a glass on the beach. We took it, ate it- no problem! No rotovirus has been seen. Because they are accustomed to wash their hands, rinse their mouths with water after the sea, and Sukhumi beer to help with, let's say, disinfection. Of course, you don't need to drink water from the sea, or from the tap. Their water is hard, and white streaks remain on dishes and faucets. The locals themselves drank bottled water in front of us. Of the relative disadvantages: Tsandrypsh is a village, more like a village. So, if you want a lot of fuss and entertainment, you'll have to go somewhere like Gagra, Pitsunda. There are no problems with taxis at all, they stand on every corner. And you can also ask Alkhaz, he will arrange a reliable person for both a trip and an excursion, if you want! The lack of a Swedish barrel - I don't know if it's a minus or a plus... But sometimes there were really not enough vegetables, something so delicious) We went to the store, to the market, and everything was fine! Abkhazia is a peculiar color! There is a school in the village, the building itself and the territory are a mini model of this amazing country. The fence is new, there are double-glazed windows on two of the four floors, and if you enter from the courtyard, then part of the building inside is abandoned, the windows are broken, and the wall next to it is decorated with beautiful stone) and so on everywhere! But compared to last year, the changes are visible: it has become cleaner, the territories are being improved, and the hotels are growing like mushrooms after the rain. The lights are often turned off, and if there is no generator in the cafe/store, then... In stores, sometimes you choose a product by touch, because you can't see anything) In the evenings, the music from the Parus cafe, right on the beach, was bizarrely mixed with the music from the hotel bar - you are guaranteed a cacophony of sounds! Even the double-glazed windows were not protected! The way they drive on the roads in Abkhazia - no comment) Therefore, in the central part of Tsandrypsha there are concrete speed bumps almost every 20 meters! Don't be surprised if you're going on an excursion and the driver stops almost in the middle of the road and gets out of the car. He stopped to talk to a friend))))) At first it was surprising, but then it became amusing! And they honk all the time- it's either a greeting, or they warn the animals that walk along the roads all the time! You can meet nice, sociable people, or you can run into outright rudeness and cheating. On the way to the beach there is a barbecue, a shawarma. Don't take a barbecue there. The first time, one piece out of 4 was not very good, but this is excusable, and the second time they took it, they could actually eat it, only veins. Construction projects have been going on at every turn for about a couple of years now, we were having fun that they were intensifying by our arrival, and when we leave, they stop. Somewhere, work is in full swing, but something is abandoned, and it's sad... Will we return to Abkhazia- yes, of course!!! There is amazing nature, the sea, the sun, the air is such that it is impossible to breathe enough, even with a spoon!!! There's a unique flavor here! Will we return to this hotel- definitely, yes! I like the hotel itself, the people who work here, the place, and the sea!

We had a rest in early June. I liked the hotel. The food is not varied, but delicious, good homemade food. The cradle from the barbecue area is just a fire! Celebrated a birthday -super!!! The food is sooo delicious, you'll swallow your tongue! The owner is very friendly and sociable! We had a good rest at this hotel. There is a private part of the beach with sun beds and umbrellas, a warm pool on site, a cafe with a very good barbecue and cocktail, and three meals a day. We were very satisfied with the rest The hotel is excellent, not a human being, a comfortable number of rooms, no one bothers anyone, everything is enough for everyone. I liked the food. Thanks to the nutrition, we didn't even want to have a snack during the day)) There is a separate bar on site where you can order drinks, alcohol, hookah. The hotel is relatively new, in 2021, the rooms are comfortable, with air conditioning, TV and hairdryer, bed linen, towels and bathrobes are clean, they change every 4 days, we were satisfied) There is also a swimming pool on the territory, in which we managed to swim for 1 day, since some kind of reaction happened during cleaning and it turned green, but we were not upset) Jaba tried very hard to clean it day and night, we hope that everything worked out for him)) Special greetings to him 👋🏼 He always talked to us, gave us advice, took us to the bus station when we were going to New Athos. In general, we are very grateful to him)) In general, the entire hotel staff is very polite and responsive, they always made contact, they could just chat about everything)) There is a shop near the hotel with reasonable prices where you can buy absolutely everything. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea at a calm pace, on the way to the sea there are small shops where you can buy souvenirs, circles, tunics, jewelry, taste wine, chacha, in general, whatever you want) The beach is private, pebbly, with umbrellas and sun loungers, with a towel from the hotel - free of charge. There is also a bar on the beach from the hotel where you can buy drinks, ice cream, hookah) We are very glad that we got to this hotel, as we chose from several options and did not regret at all that we chose the Art Hotel. We had a rest at the ART hotel in June 2024. We REALLY liked the hotel itself. Upon check-in, we offered 2 rooms to choose from. The room has 2 beds, slippers, bathrobes, a set of towels + beach towel, hairdryer,TV, tea set, refrigerator. On the balcony: a table, 2 chairs and a dryer. Wet cleaning was carried out daily, linen was changed on the fourth day.The hotel is not big, with a swimming pool (water is heated) There are sun beds and umbrellas by the pool, there is a children's area. The hotel administration is always in sight, they solve any questions that arise, just instantly. I liked the food. Everything is delicious and of high quality. Breakfast is a buffet, lunch and dinner are served in portions. All the staff of the hotel, it is clear that they are trying. The hotel has its own beach with umbrellas and sun beds.It takes no more than 5 minutes to walk to the beach slowly .Umbrellas and sun beds are always available. The beach is a large pebble, and the same approach to the sea. It won't be comfortable without special shoes. There is not much place to go in the evening, because the hotel is located in the village, there is no embankment. We were satisfied with EVERYTHING.We needed a relaxing vacation, and we got it. I RECOMMEND the hotel!

The standard room is small but very cozy, everything you need is in the room, a pleasant bonus was the presence of a terry bathrobe and slippers. The room has access to a large veranda, where it is wonderful to drink coffee in the morning while birds sing. Stable WI-FI throughout the hotel (for some it is important). The cafe on the ground floor offers a comprehensive meal (the level of the pioneer camp is "first, second and compote"). A grocery store in a five-minute walk from the hotel, which has everything you need, helped out a lot. The hotel staff is very polite and friendly, the reception is at the level of a good five-star hotel, I especially want to note the work of the administrator of Alkhaz: a high-class professional who can solve any problems and questions quickly and in a timely manner with a smile on his face, the level of work of an "experienced manager". Thanks for the rest. I'm thinking of coming to you again...

In June 2024, a company of two families with children vacationed at this hotel. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay! A cozy, modern, clean hotel. There is everything you need to stay. A nice beach is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There are a lot of shops along the way. The staff is polite, helpful, attentive. Takes into account all the wishes of the guests. Many thanks to Alkhaz, a very kind and helpful person, at our request, they called us a minivan with a driver uncle Vova several times, we were very pleased with the trips with him. If you were to relax in this hotel, then without food. You'll be hungry. The food is terrible, the portions are scanty, there is no menu for children at all. Of the drinks, only tea and coffee. For lunch, compote is like at a wake. We had a rest in October, on the streets persimmon is ripe on the trees. And in a week at the hotel they gave each a thin slice of watermelon, and one slice of cucumber and tomatoes. And they clarified that one at a time. Baking something like a charlotte from the store, twice. For breakfast, if you are five minutes late, you will get nothing. They take out several pieces at a time. I do not recommend this hotel, the price tag is high, and the level is at 1 maximum.

When choosing a tour, Art Hotel was one of the most interesting options from the presented segment… We lived in it with a family of three for eight days, we really liked everything! Excellent location, not far from Sochi, which is a big plus after the flight and customs clearance. The room is cozy, small, but with everything you need: air conditioning, hairdryer, towels, bathrobes, slippers, clothes dryer, refrigerator, glasses, kettle, and tea cups, there is a water cooler on each floor, the only thing that pumped up is a Wi-Fi network outage. The room was cleaned daily, linen and towels were changed on the fourth day. The food is simple three times a day, everything is delicious, homemade, we ate more than enough. A huge plus is a private beach and sun loungers with umbrellas. Within walking distance there are shops, a pharmacy, tents where they sell everything you need. A chic hotel surrounded by pine trees, the feeling that you are in the forest. Nice, clean rooms, which have everything you need: towels (including beach towels), slippers, kettle, hairdryer, cups. Beautiful interior and exterior of the hotel. A warm swimming pool with sun loungers, gazebos and a bar nearby. On the beach, whenever you come, there are free sun loungers. There is a bar where you can buy drinks, ice cream, watermelon at reasonable prices. Breakfasts, lunches, dinners are delicious at home. The staff is very nice, always ready to help. We walked around the neighborhood and the hotel is better than we have never seen. Thank you so much for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is new, well located for lovers of peace and quiet rest. The food was passable, they didn't starve and didn't have to go to cafes. The grocery store is next to the normal assortment, if something is missing. Mattresses, pillows, blankets, bedding - everything is great!!! We slept well! The territory is well maintained, there are places to sit. OF THE CONS... There is a swimming pool, but it is dirty and was not heated during our arrival at the end of October, and for us it was significant when choosing a hotel, it means CHEATING! Although we listened to a whole lecture by an employee who serves him, the water is warm. We're just dumb. The cleaner came to clean the room strictly after lunch, when she wanted to lie down in the room for a while, although we were not there all morning and afternoon. Therefore, cleaning is also a huge DISADVANTAGE, this technique is common in those hotels where the staff is too lazy to clean in the expectation that they will say that it is not convenient for us now. I will not list other disadvantages, since this refers to the peculiarities of the local mentality. But they understood where they had come to, it was even fun to watch. But in general, the rest was a success. But the hotel only has a THREE, but a solid one!!! If they develop, work, and not degrade, then there are good chances. good luck!!!

A wonderful hotel, stylish, cozy! Excellent food- buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner- a la carte ... cooking like mom's- with a soul. The sea is 5 minutes away at a leisurely pace. The staff is sooo friendly and ready to help with any problems. We took two rooms for two adults and four children - and we were placed in adjacent rooms connected by a common terrace. I would like to thank Alkhaz and Jabu separately ... tourists like us will probably be remembered for a long time - they are our saviors))) In general, you have never regretted your choice of hotel ♥️

If you don't eat enough, there is a magician next to you with democratic prices.

I will leave a review about my stay at the hotel in July 2024. Overall, the hotel is nice, fresh, clean. I was very pleased with the pool (heated in the evening), the lighting and the area with sun beds and tables arranged around. We had 3 meals a day included. The food is ordinary, homemade, delicious, but for men the portion will often be small)) The staff are all kind and smiling. There is air conditioning in the room. They clean it every day. It must be understood that Tsandripsh is a village, there is nothing here but the sea and simple cafes with a mandatory service fee included, which is mostly TERRIBLE. There are no shops except stalls either. I don't understand how to go somewhere, because buses don't run there, and taxis are decent (according to people). Fortunately, we rented a car in Sochi and could afford everything (to go anywhere and anytime, safely and comfortably). Of the entertainment there are only excursions. For sure, everything is very interesting and informative, but how you will be taken to it and back is far from a fairy tale. We decided to try the simplest and went to the Evening Gagra. It's beautiful, interesting, a guide for 4/5, but here's the driver... returning back in pitch darkness along the highway at a speed of 100+, overtaking on unobserved turns, through a solid oncoming lane and a bunch of violations, it was really HELL. Fortunately, everything ended well, but we didn't buy any more excursions and went on them ourselves in our car. Disadvantages of the hotel: 1) the room was booked for 2 people (husband and wife). The bed was double (as it were), but in fact it was single beds combined with each other, which is why one of us constantly fell into the gap between them. It was impossible to sleep in each other's arms, we had to go to different corners of the bed. 2) there were bedside tables on each side, but only one of them had a night light

The advantage of the hotel is that it is new , clean and beautiful so far. 5 minutes from the sea, the beach is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, there is also a bar on the beach.. there is a nice large warm swimming pool on site, both for children and adults. The sun beds and umbrellas around the pool were also very pleasant. Room cleaning is very expensive. It was necessary to ask them to clean up, although the staff should do it without reminders. The maid always came to clean the room after lunch. It was incredibly uncomfortable, because the child sleeps during the day. It would be more expedient to do the cleaning before lunch, when the majority of vacationers are either at sea or at the pool. The sink and toilet were not washed at all. During the 12 days of rest, bed linen and towels were changed only 1 time.... No one even thought about sweeping the large veranda, where needles were attacking from the Christmas trees. Although these needles all reached into the room. The food is also not Wow. A meager breakfast buffet with boiled sausages and eggs every day, cheesecakes and bread. There are very few vegetables and fruits. Lunch and dinner on the menu. . There is no choice. The portions are small. Cutlets are all semi-finished products. Well, it seems like the hotel is not bad, I want the hotel owner to listen to the reviews..and pulled up the flaws.

BUT the biggest and most important thing is the food. Families with young children are staying at the hotel, they have not even heard of any children's menu here. What is prepared here is the same for everyone, not everyone can eat, especially children. The men left the table hungry and ate in the neighboring cafes. There are no fruits and vegetables, from the word at all. And this is Abkhazia in the month of June.... There are no pastries, for all the time there were Charlotte and cupcakes from the store. So I don't recommend the hotel to anyone. You can take accommodation, but only without food, as you will remain hungry and with a sick stomach. I'm attaching a photo of today's first course, judge for yourself (egg soup). Half an egg was floating in the broth.
