I contacted the service with two problems on the iPhone 12: the battery did not hold a charge well, the case bent, which caused the screen to start moving away. An excellent integrated solution was offered on site — to replace the battery with a new one and install the original case. The work was completed as soon as possible. I got my phone back, which looked and worked like a brand new one. The phone now holds a full-day charge when actively used for three months after the repair. We gave a full-fledged guarantee for both the work and both installed parts. It turned out to be very reasonable in terms of money, given the scale of the work.
