Stayed two nights at Amirsoy Hills with my family. Great location, comfortable rooms, fresh bedding, and a good breakfast. I booked through the website but never received a confirmation. However, the room had no soundproofing, the hot water was difficult to regulate, and cigarette smell came through the bathroom from the neighboring room. The night-shift receptionist was also unhelpful, keeping me waiting several times while handling overbooking issues. Good stay overall, but key areas need improvement

AmirSoy is a very beautiful and fully natural resort. The mountains are covered with snow and the weather was sunny. A great chair loft experience was also there. The restaurants are affordable.

I visited Amirsoy Mountain Resort in February 2024 and had a wonderful time. The resort is located in the beautiful Western Tian Shan, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and offers a variety of winter and summer activities for all ages and skill levels. The ski slopes are well-maintained and have modern lifts and snow machines. The chalets are cozy and comfortable, and the restaurants serve delicious food. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend Amirsoy Mountain Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun getaway in Uzbekistan
