Managers should study the sales funnel, they did not identify my needs, I tried to reach out myself about purchasing a new car, but they did not give an answer about the model I was interested in, they did not give any advice on used cars at all, the car was evaluated in trade-in only from photographs, they gave the lowest price for my car.
