In January, we came to Minsk for the New Year holidays, accidentally went to the cafe "Amelie" and were fascinated by the atmosphere and the sophistication of the dishes. Pockets with chicken fillet are magic! But it's hard to choose, because everything is delicious. We lived in Minsk for a week, had lunch and dinner only at Amelie's because we wanted to try everything. I used to think that the reaction of the critic from the cartoon "Ratatouille" was exaggerated, and suddenly I felt the same way he did. I didn't just drink cocktails, I got my own slice of the holiday, it's really a "sip of spring Paris" in winter. And wonderful people met us at the cafe. The first time we arrived late, we were half an hour before closing time, there were no other visitors, and we were welcomed, well fed and invigorated after a long journey. All week, every day we were greeted cordially and warmly, I miss the small bouquets on the tables and the quiet comfort. I regret one thing – that I live in another city. In the summer, on vacation - only to Minsk to see the Trinity suburb in greenery and the botanical garden, and also to return to Amelie)))

We celebrated the anniversary. A cozy, homely atmosphere. The dishes are very tasty and reasonably priced. The guests and their children were very satisfied. We booked a week in advance, and we were very lucky to have available seats. Thanks to the staff and the establishment for such a celebration!

We lived in a nearby hotel in Minsk and chose Amelie based on reviews in Yandex. It's a very cozy place with excellent cuisine, we had lunch twice and liked everything very much, the portions are large and the food is very high quality. Solyanka and stewed beef top. Very nice guys are working. We definitely recommend it
