I lived in a standard room, a clean, cozy room, clean bed linen and towels, a combined bathroom, clean plumbing, good hot water pressure in the shower, liquid soap and shower gel, a hairdryer, air conditioning and a TV in the room, I lived in November, the heating works well, the room is warm, comfortable sockets near the bed, this allows you to charge your phone without having to run through the number. There are hangers, a shoe brush, and a clothes brush in the closet. There is a cooler with hot and cold water in the hallway, as well as a ironing board and an iron to iron things, which is very convenient because I put things in a backpack in a tight roll. I would also like to mention the staff, they are very polite and friendly, I had to leave early in the morning a couple of times and I asked them to pack breakfast in a dry-pack for the trip, always without problems. Once I asked for something to come up with dinner because I was returning to the hotel after nine in the evening and hungry, I didn't want to run to any nearby cafes, the guys cooked a delicious dinner in disposable dishes and I had dinner in the room. In general, for business trips, the hotel is a three-minute walk from the railway station.

Her program does not work and therefore she cannot check you in.In addition, for some reason unknown to me, she did not want to provide a paid breakfast for the child, assuring that it was not included in the package of accommodation.After I showed her the booking confirmation and highlighted the line that said breakfast for 3 people was included, she started calling and finding out.In the course of the conversation, I missed a number of important, in my opinion, nuances.Fortunately, the person on the other end of the line managed to figure out the situation and made the right decision.Her behavior and attitude towards the guests can probably only be justified by the fact that she may have been working recently and has not yet had time to get used to working with people.But she obviously doesn't enjoy this job.
