I want to express my gratitude to STO ALPHA for their help and quick solution of the problem, even during their off-hours!!!!! They know their job and understand the situation! After work, she came to the car, opened it, put the bag with all the contents on the passenger seat, closed the door and the car closed without giving any more signals. Winter, frost, snow, and I'm next to the car with only the key in my hands, which doesn't work. It's good that I have a smartwatch, and standing next to the car, I called a friend who found the ALFA parking lot number 100 meters away from me. I called the number, told about the situation, they told me where to come, how to find, and met me at the entrance. They replaced the battery, thinking that was the reason. Satisfied, I ran to the car, but there was still no reaction to the key. I called ALFA again, they came to me, opened the car and found out that the battery was dead. It did not start 100 meters from this service station. I called them, they accepted and promptly fixed it for reasonable money, despite the fact that it was Friday and the end of the working day. They immediately determined what the problem was (the fuel hose was torn), fixed the malfunction, the spare part was available, gave recommendations, and half an hour later I left on my own. Broke down on the road. Floating error of the egr sensor. They diagnosed me and did not find the error, the master at the reception even went for a ride with me in Minsk. And still the error didn't come out. We've had a very good conversation so far. I learned a lot about Belarusians and life in the country.
