The interior is not bad, something in between is neither good nor bad, overall it is cozy, I really didn't like that there is only one tiny table in the main hall for a company of three people, a large deposit table is not easy to sit at, another table was reserved, the rest are designed for two. The staff is not pleasant, they have not heard of polite communication with customers, this is a big minus. Croissants and coffee are delicious, the prices are slightly higher than in other coffee shops, but it's because of the staff that I don't want to go back there anymore!

The place itself is beautiful and clean, so I don't give one star. But I have a very mixed impression about drinks. The guy took a latte with strawberries and chocolate-the syrup tastes good, everything is fine. I ordered a latte with halva, but in fact I just got a sweet latte, without the taste of halva at all. There was a feeling that the syrup was either forgotten to be added, or it was there minimally, for the stated price, of course I would like to feel the promised taste, and not a latte with sugar, but alas and ah) As a result, the drink ruined the overall impression and mood.

There is zero customer orientation. We arrived in Gomel as tourists, and decided to stop by in the evening after a walk. The man at the checkout informed us with an unfriendly, arrogant look that he could only seat us at one table, the room was almost empty, no one explained the reason to us. I don't pretend to be a tea connoisseur, but I really like karkade. I put my hand on my heart — the tea had the smell of a stable. We took out a piece of chocolate to kill the flavor, and we were asked to remove it, because you can't do it with your own... with a piece of chocolate.… I understand everything, but I won't come to this coffee shop again.
