A large, spacious shopping mall. There are mainly food items on the ground floor. On the second floor and above there are clothing stores, cinemas, and other entertainment. Everything is bright, cozy, and clean. Prices for food and clothing are low compared to Russia (almost twice as of July 2025). It is pleasant to be indoors. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

It is convenient to buy groceries + household goods in Alema: on the ground floor there are supermarkets (including, according to reviews, the former/current Magnum), a meat department, bakeries, sausages, etc. Many customers are satisfied with fresh meat and a wide range of products.
