I found out about him in 2010. Before the construction of the Interchange on Saina-Zhubanova, it was a huge pavilion with various boutiques of daily demand, Repair of watches, shoes, phones, 3 tailoring and repair shops. There is a large construction bazaar on Zhubanov's side. According to Sain, there is an ordinary bazaar. Everything was there and cheap. Clothing, shoes, toys, household goods, etc. There are a lot of vegetables, fruits and products. Now there is no bazaar. There is only one boutique with products and a good meat pavilion, where there is always excellent beef, lamb, and minced meat, and the Kazakhs will make it right there. There are several boutiques with electrical goods, plumbing, one hardware store and a few construction stores. All this stands backwards to both Zhubanov and Sain. Driving by, it's unclear what's there? The only sign on the Aquafor pavilion. There are 3 large halls in the pavilion itself and the 2nd floor around the perimeter, where furniture was sold. Now there are several boutiques left in one hall and the entrance was made from the courtyard. Big rent. People think it's closed altogether. There is no sign on the main entrance where the entrance is. It's a pity, there's a huge empty area where people could work. Now that the Sary-Arka market has been closed, maybe people will come here to work?
