Everyone was talking about their plov, so I decided to try it for the first time, especially because of the positive reviews. Unfortunately, the dish did not meet my expectations. The plov was very oily, with too much fat and not enough meat, which made it heavy and difficult to enjoy. I understand that plov is traditionally a rich dish, but this one lacked balance and flavor. And also service can be improved!
