There are 2 advantages: hot springs and access to the lake; Cons- complete lack of change, in 7 days the room has never been cleaned (junior suite for 12 thousand rubles), linen has never been changed, only garbage removal at inconvenient times. The food is disgusting, there are no vegetables, juices, fruits, or even meat. Knives and saucers are not served on tables. Over the course of 7 days, there were several quests - find where there will be dinner and the meal time changed all the time. Construction is underway on the territory- noise- mud, it was impossible to walk to the lake for several days. TV is not shown by any federal channel, only Yuryub, WiFi is intermittent. Apparently, all the relatives of the owners are working, so no one hears or wants to hear from the customers. At peak times, up to 20 people can sit at the hot springs in a pool with a diameter of 6 m. At some point, the mineral springs turn into urine therapy. It is a pity that the management of the hotel ruined such a place in pursuit of profit. I'm not coming anymore and I don't recommend it.

I really liked this wellness complex. This is a beautiful modern hotel, a large area with several alleys, where there are many trees, and there are also separate family cottages for vacationers. It is a large, beautiful and bright dining room, the service and food were very pleasant, there is also a huge summer dining veranda. This is a very decent spa area, consisting of an outdoor area with several circular thermal pools, sun beds, sunshades, as well as a building with a fitness room, showers, changing rooms and a large deep pool, there is a sauna, a phyto-zone, a massage room, and many wellness water treatments are offered. The complex is located right on the shore of Issyk-Kul, the beach is clean and sandy, the lake is surrounded by magnificent Tien Shan mountains, the views are wonderful, the water is brackish and beautiful blue-green shades. There is also a cool pier where you can walk and relax on the benches. We are very satisfied with the service and the rest in general!

We came from Siberia in June 2025. We lived in a new building, very clean, all the furniture is new, the pastel accessories are snow-white, the rooms are spacious. Very polite staff, special thanks to the chef for the delicious variety of dishes, the waitresses who served us. I liked the hot mineral springs, the pools are clean, the water is amazing. A unique lake, roses, pines. This is the place where you want to return, Many thanks to the administration for a fabulous vacation!
