It's been a month since I started visiting this gym, and here's what I can say. I bought a subscription for a year with a nice bonus – I was additionally given a guest month. It's really cool and profitable! Equipment of the hall The gym is equipped with everything you need: exercise equipment, racks – everything is in abundance. However, there is a not entirely clear point with the use of magnesia for deadlift: someone is allowed, someone is not. But this nuance is easily compensated by the straps, which help out perfectly. The area of the hall is impressive, and during peak hours the hood works – it is especially appreciated on "hot" Mondays, when there are a lot of people. Of the equipment, I would like to note that the belts for belts are mostly small and are more suitable for girls. Staff I would like to highlight three coaches in particular: • Konstantin is a true professional with extensive experience and deep knowledge in the field of sports. Pavel is always ready to help, even if you are not his client. • Alexander – despite his young age, he successfully trains and helps the guys achieve excellent results within a year. The girls at the reception sometimes seem a little distracted, and it happens that all the clients are driven into one corner of the locker room, inconveniently. But Anna from the sales department is an example of goodwill. She is attentive to clients, knows her business and explains everything down to the smallest detail. Conveniences There is a big plus here – the presence of a bar and a kitchen. You can order a full lunch, as well as a protein shake, water, a sugar-free coke or an energy drink. It's really convenient. Minuses Of course, some shortcomings have been revealed over the past month: • The lights were turned off several times. • Water was flowing from the ceiling in the shower. • The sauna was sometimes not hot enough. • There are no washing gels in the showers, as in other halls of this category, although they can be purchased at the reception. You should also be careful with shoe covers – they turn the floor of the locker room into a breakdancing area. Result Despite the disadvantages, the impression of the hall is generally positive. The facilities, staff and atmosphere outweigh the minor flaws. I rate the hall at 4.5 out of 5. I recommend it for those who are looking for a good gym with extensive facilities and a high-quality approach!
