I don't even know how to rate this company for its work, because there was no work. I handed over the monitor on Thursday, they called the preliminary price, they told me that they would call on Monday and tell me what was broken and exactly how much the repair would cost. On Monday, towards the end of their working day, I call them myself. They said that they didn't have time and that they would call on Wednesday or Thursday. I agreed. On Friday, before closing, I call myself again and it turns out that they still haven't done anything. The monitor just sat on the shelf for more than a week. Thanks, but I'm not satisfied with such repairs. If you have a heavy workload, then do not charge over or warn that you will take on repairs in a week, a month, a year... The client will decide for himself whether such conditions will suit him or not, and not "feed him breakfast".
