After asking the question, the girl gave the answer: "You probably won't be able to use it for a month upon arrival." I asked her to clarify the information if she didn't know it, because she knew for sure that my friends had recently used the connection immediately. She consulted on the phone and then told me to contact a short number. I consider this kind of work to be very unprofessional! I understand that a person may not know something. But without knowing the information, giving false information, and after finding out, sending it to the hotline, where you have to wait for a long time, is too much.
