It was also delicious and quickly cooked! We tried burgers in different establishments in Minsk and in Europe. The combination of ingredients is great. Medium roast. I liked everything very much - it's juicy, tasty, satisfying and I want more. My wife and I came to the restaurant, she went to look at the interior inside, I stayed outside at the tables on the sofa. A family with a child sat next to me, the waiter asked me to move so that I wouldn't bother people, but I wasn't going to, I could have moved the table and everyone would have fit, although for me it was possible to sit comfortably. On the new table, the chair rested against a concrete fence and it was simply impossible for me to sit at the table because the distance was very narrow, I had to move the table. While we were waiting for burgers, I watched as the family across the street uses the second table as a stand for one cup of coffee, sitting freely reclining, while I try to find comfort on a small chair constantly shifting my bag. By the way, the fact that you will find out the dish on the foot already at the moment of ordering, the waiter will happily inform you about it and will not offer anything in return, but will continue to stare at you with a smile. The burgers themselves are delicious, but some gourmet decided to add pineapple there, it's a hand face. There is no desire to return here.

One of the most favorite places in Minsk, honestly! No matter how many times I went to Oktyabrskaya or Komsomolskaya, it was always equally delicious. I've probably already tried all the burgers, they're all delicious. I took draniki with egg and greens from breakfast and was even surprised by the size of the portion - you can eat very well) the music played quietly on Komsomolskaya Street, it was very comfortable to eat and talk. The service is also good. In general, it's nice to know that there is a place in Minsk where you can go and not be disappointed)

We got to Komsomolskaya instead of Oktyabrskaya, which we greatly regretted! Unfortunately, I got a very toxic waitress. The reaction to any question or request was as if we had to figure it out for ourselves.: 1. The menu does not match the website. We tried to order what's on the menu on their official website and were told that the menu was old. But it was said with such an expression, as if it was our fault that the menu was not relevant. In their current menu, it turned out that some of the drinks were also missing. 2. When we asked to remove the ingredients from the burgers, we were told with a displeased face that it was impossible to change the composition, take another burger. But then it turned out that it was still possible. 3. The waitress didn't seem to care - often she didn't even listen to the request while walking away from the table. We have not heard any apologies for all these inconveniences. It felt like we were being blamed for everything. The burgers themselves were delicious, so 2 stars, the service is disgusting

I came to the institution on Thu in the evening, the boarding is not complete. No one met me at the entrance or offered to sit at the table, I chose it myself and just sat down and waited for a miracle. The waiter came up only 10-15 minutes later, took the order, one serving of French fries was not included in the receipt, but this may be a plus, the potatoes were not very good. The beer was disappointing (kind of watery), the potatoes were served only 30 minutes after ordering, the burgers after 40 minutes!!!! The beef patty looked like it was frozen, dry and tasteless. The waiters are not interested in communication at all, even the banal hello and goodbye is apparently very difficult to say. In general, I do not recommend the place, it is not worth your money at all

The burgers were barely warm and instead of being replaced, it was suggested to reheat 🤣 We're in the dining room, of course, to warm up, but where's the microwave? French fries are similarly cold Salads are no problem, but they didn't do anything, they were mediocre, like everything else. The girl and I assumed that it would be delicious and the service would be excellent, but we were so wrong. They greeted us at the entrance, led us to a table, and nothing foreshadowed negative impressions, but after we decided on the order, no one approached us for 20 minutes (from the moment we sat down at the table), and no one would have approached if we hadn't shown ourselves initiative, but it's okay, it happens, we thought. After our order was brought to us (and it was delivered quickly enough within 10-15 minutes), the burgers that we ordered did not bring any cutlery, gloves, napkins, or anything that is included in the service, the waiters were satisfied. It's good that they at least apologized after we clarified with them for the second time why we didn't get anything from the cutlery, but to screw up like that twice, we still need to try. there is an extremely unpleasant opinion about this institution, the mood is spoiled, as well as the impression of this institution, I do not recommend wasting your time on this place if you do not want to spoil your mood by interacting with the staff. The only thing that pleased me was the burgers , otherwise very bad!
